Refund Policy
All products purchased from SMP Group Sweden AB and any of it’s brands including www.revolza.com come with a 14-day return period from the date the customer receives them. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods in their original, packaged condition. A refund of the purchase price will be issued to the purchaser’s account only after the returned items have been received and approved by SMP Group Sweden AB. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, landed costs and other charges incurred after the original purchase are non-refundable, as are shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a return label is pre-purchased or provided by SMP Group Sweden AB free of charge.

Prices and VAT
All listed prices are retail and displayed in your local currency. For EU customers, prices include Swedish VAT. For non-EU customers, prices exclude VAT and do not cover taxes, duties, import fees, landed costs or additional charges your local government may impose. SMP Group Sweden AB reserves the right to adjust prices for items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice. Customs charges are beyond our control, and Revolza is not responsible for additional fees once the product reaches your country.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, including Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal.
Delivery
International Orders: We ship via PostNord, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Europe: 1–6 business days.
- US and Canada: 5–7 business days.
- Rest of the World: 2–7 business days.
- Sweden: Orders are shipped via Postnord (1–3 business days).
For countries outside the EU, shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your order on the courier's website. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Delivery Time and Charges
Delivery is subject to the courier's on-time performance. SMP Group Sweden AB is not liable for courier delays. All delivery times are based on business days.
How to Order
- Select your desired item and click 'Add to Cart'.
- Continue shopping or go to the checkout by visiting your 'Shopping Cart'.
- Review your cart, adjust quantities, or remove items, then click 'Update'.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Complete shipping and billing details, choosing to checkout as a guest or to log in for future convenience.
- Select your delivery service, enter payment information, and click 'Complete my purchase'.
- You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking number once dispatched.
Stock
Products are available unless marked 'Out of Stock'. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock discrepancies or incorrect pricing.

Sizes
All product sizes are external measurements in centimeters.
Force Majeure

Right of Withdrawal
